Travelling light just became easier with Gitano 02 from Hidesign's On The Road Collection. Handcrafted from real vegetable-tanned leather, this backpack features an ergonomically designed back panel and shoulder straps for extra comfort, along with a trolley compartment. It can carry a laptop of up to 15 inches and is designed with all the essentials to make your travels hassle-free.

Damaged or incorrect item
If the customer happens to receive a ‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ item, the customer can return the item by raising a refund or exchange query by sending an email to exchange@leatherc.com with the following details within 24 hours after receiving the order.
(Name, Address, Mail address, Order number, Item number(s) to return, Reason for your return, An image of the ‘damaged’ or ‘incorrect’ item)
For the items acknowledged as 'damaged' or 'incorrect' we will request the customer to return the purchased item.
Customer should ensure that the return item is brand new, unused and in the same condition that you received it to. If we find that the item has not been returned in the above condition, the return will not be approved.
Local Orders: All returns should be made within 07 days of the delivery date.
International orders: All returns should be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once the return is received in our flagship store, 26, Flower Road, Colombo we will either repair the item or replace the item with a new one. If the product is not available, we will issue you with a Gift Voucher. No cash refunds are welcome.
We will bear the courier/ freight charges as applicable.
Exchange
Exchange is allowed only for the local customers.
Customer has 7 days from the delivery date to exchange the item purchased through leathercollection.com by handing over the item to our flagship store, 26, Flower Road, Colombo 07 with the original receipt.
Exchange can only be made for different size or different colors of the same item based on the availability of the item and no cash refunds are welcome.
General Exceptions
*In the interest of hygiene, jewelry, hair accessories and clutches will not be exchanged at any time.
*Discounted items will not be exchanged.
* Gift vouchers will not be refunded.
*In the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
